On Friday afternoon I went to the Greenmount Stage for the 2nd time that day to see Dennis Knight. The show started @ about 1.55pm and for the next 50 minutes Dennis did an great set doing rock and roll classics by Johnny O'Keefe, Elvis Presley, Roy Orbison, Del Shannon and others as well as getting the crowd entertained singing to the songs which everyone was enjoying as well as having an great back up band including Gail Kellie and Tony Roe and it was an FANTASTIC set. The show finished @ about 2.45pm which he finished it with American Trilogy and went off to do other things. It was an FANTASTIC show which Dennis sang great as well as entertaining the crowd and he does it so well getting the crowd going and if you have not seen Dennis Knight live yet do yourselves an favour and see him which you will be entertained. On Friday Morning June 8th I went to the Greenmount Stage to see Issi Dye for the second time in a row and rockabilly singer from Tamworth Shelley Minson who was at Cooly Rocks On last year which she made an great impression. The show started at 11.30am with Grizzly Adams an Disc Jockey from NSW on FM Vintage Radio doing the compere with Issi and Shelley with her husband Lawrie Minson on guitar who is well on the music scene coming on the stage and did an 45 minute set which they did songs by Col Joye, Hank Williams, Eddie Cochran, Wanda Jackson and others with great guitar playing by Lawrie as well as the great singing by Issi and Shelley as well as the people dancing and enjoying themselves as well as me being interviewed for 7 news which they were doing an segment for the news. The show finished at 12.15pm with Issi and Shelley doing Frankie and Johnny which they recorded last year and after the show they had CD's on sale which I bought them as well as getting them signed and

On Thursday June 7th I went to Greenmount Beach Club to see legendary Australian singer Issi Dye and it was my 3rd time going to see an show @ Greenmount Beach Club which last time was 4 years ago when I Saw Digger Revell on Sunday June 8th 2014. Issi Dye came on stage at about 7pm and for the next 2 hours he did 2 sets doing the classic rock and roll songs by Johnny O'Keefe, Elvis Presley, Col joye, Cliff Richard, Bobby Darin, Ricky Nelson and many others as well as entertaining the crowds getting to sing along to the songs and getting them to dance which everyone was enjoying themselves and was backed by Les Rotman who manages Issi as well as playing piano and also had CD's on sale which he would sign them after the show. The show finished before 9pm, bought the CD, saw Issi which I got it signed as well as getting an photo and walk back to Bella Mare. It was an FANTASTIC show which I had an great time as well as everyone else and great singing and entertaining by Issi who

\ On Wednesday June 6th I went to Twin Towns to see the local rock group from Brisbane called Atmosphere and it was my first show for CRO 2018. It was the first time I have seen Atmosphere for more than 5 years which last time I saw them at Carina Leagues Club. The show started @ 7.30pm which they did 4 sets doing classic rock and roll by acts like Elvis, The Beatles, Creedence, The Rolling Stones, Buddy Holly, Chuck Berry and many others and everyone was enjoying themselves dancing and having an great time and also during the show was the State of Origin was on the big screen which NSW won that game. The show finished @ 11.30pm, thanked Mike and Susie and walk back to Bella Mare. It was an FANTASTIC show which I had a great time with great playing and singing by the band doing FANTASTIC rock and roll and I look forward to see them again soon.
