Today went to see the film Alvin & the Chipmunks the Squeakquel @ caRindale. This sequel has the chipmunks (jesse Mcacartney,Justin Long and Matthew Gray Gubler) performing @ a benefit concert in Paris but during the performance dave seville(jason lee) has an accident which he stays in hospital in paris for a few days but Alvin,Simon & theodore must go back home to start school and are to be look after by his cousin Toby(Zachary Levi) & Aunty Jackie(Kathryn jootsen) until he returns. but when they arrived at the airport Aunty jackie has an accident too and toby is in charge of the chipmunks. on their first day @ school tehy get picked on by bullies. it's hard to believe that tomorrow will be the last day of 2009 but also it's the end of the 2000's and it's hard to believe we have gone through this decade very quickly I mean pickle me grandmother that it seems like yesterday that we were @ the end of the 90's but the 20th century. When i think about this decade from my own experiences has been an very good and wonderful decade for me as a lot of great things happend but as well as sad ones and I hope that the 2010's will be as good as the 2000's. Last Wednesday i bought this CD @ JB Hi Fi in the city on Queens Street and it's an new greatest hits CD by British 40's Singer Vera Lynn which contains her famous hits including the classic "We'LL Meet Again" which it's sounds as good today as it was 70 years ago as well as other hits like white Cliffs Of Dover, Yours, If you Love Me(really Love Me), Dream etc. This is a very good CD and it's very good to listen to it which it's amazing that there is still interest in the music that was made in the 40's as well as someone as Vera Lynn who is 92 years old and also great to see there is appreciation for that music of time. this CD went to no 1 in the UK on September 13th which it's an amazing to see Vera Lynn at age 92 the oldest living artist in the UK to hit no 1 in the album charts and it proves to music fans that it doesn't matter the age you are you can still have an hit album in the charts which she has prove that. Last Saturday went to see the movie The Time Traveller's Wife which it's based on the best seller by Audrey Niffenegger and it's about an man called Henry DeTAmble(Eric Bana) who has an genetic disorder to cause him to travel in time randomly he meets Claire(rachel McAdams) whom she had known him when she was 6 but actually meets her for the 1st time when she is an adult. Claire marries Henry despite the obstacles and tries to build the relationship with henry going in & out on the time travel with no control.
