Rob and Davo @ Belmont Bowls Club

Last night I went to the Belmont Bowls Club to see ex Wickety Wak member Rob Rosenlund and Dave(Davo)Mitchell which it was my 6th time seeing Rob and first time seeing Davo as the last time I saw Rob until last night with the Wak Boys @ Moreton Bay Sports Club Saturday may 9th 2015. Dad took me to the Bowls Club, went to table 2, had Chicken and Cashew Fried Rice for dinner, drank Coke Zero and talked to some of the people on the table. The show started @ 7.15pm with Rob and Davo coming on stage and in the first set they sang songs by Dean Martin, Gilbert O'Sullivan, Chad Morgan, Elvis Presley and others which Davo coming stage on stage dressing up as Johnny Cash, Chad Morgan, Dean Martin, an Japanese person which he said hilarious words which were very funny and Elvis Presley and also an guy in the audience named Wayne came on stage with Davo to play guitar and sing which was interesting and also dressing up as an Irish person as well as doing Kermit and the Muppets singing ...

Dean Vegas @ Easts Leagues Club

Elvis tribute performer Dean Vegas will be performing an free show @ Easts Leagues Club on Saturday November 24th and it will start @ 8pm. He will perform the classic Elvis hits from the 50's, 60's and 70's and will dress up in the different eras of Elvis from GI Blues uniform to the Vegas uniform and you will truly be impressed with it as he always puts on an FANTASTIC show getting everyone entertained as well as getting them to sing along to the songs which he has an great backing band too. This is the new book by legendary American actor William Shatner known for his roles as Captain Kirk on Star Trek, TJ Hooker on TJ Hooker and Denny Crane on Boston Legal and in this book he talks about of what he has learnt throughout his life as well as the miracles and occurrences he has witnessed during an career as well as how he has lived this long as well as sharing stories of his unique life going from childhood to success as well as the bumps on the road and many others. It's an excellent and FANTASTIC book with great humour and very entertaining which it's an enjoyable book to read and I enjoyed it. William Shatner is still going strong as he is still working around and will be coming to Australia next month. This book is an must for William Shatner fans and hope it will be inspiring for many people. I give this 4 stars and it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT.

Killer Queen @ Easts Leagues Club

On Saturday September 8th I went to the Easts Leagues Club where I saw the tribute band Killer Queen tribute to the music of legendary rock band Queen which it was my 4th time. Dad took me to the club, had pie, chips and salad for dinner, drank Coke Zero, had Pancake stack for desert, sat with Maggie, Lorraine and Josey, met Helen and talked. The show started with John Blunt and the band coming out on the stage doing nearly 2 hours and 2 sets doing the classic Queen hits with John changing clothes during the sets as well as their current drummer coming on stage to do one song as he was in hospital as they have an temporary drummer at the moment as well as John entertaining the crowd singing along to the songs and at the towards the end of the show he had an Australian flag with him. The show finished at about 9.55pm, talked, saw John which I got an photo with him, saw Dad, had an coke zero to drink as having an chocolate bar to eat and then came home.
