True Love Ways Buddy Holly with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra
This is the new CD by American 50's rocker Buddy Holly and this is recorded with the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra which was mixed, mastered and recorded in London with combining the classic Buddy Holly recordings with the Orchestra as well as other musicians including Don Richardson, Neal Wilkinson Jim Hoke and Steve Pierce as well as additional vocals by Jeff Foskett are added on it. It's BRILLIANT,FANTASTIC and SUPERB with those great Buddy classics combined with the orchestra works so SUPERBLY which an great job well done which they sound AWESOME. Buddy Holly's widow Maria Elena is the executive producer on this CD as well as doing the liner notes along with Peter Bradley Snr who is the co founder and Chairman Board Of Directors of the Buddy Holly Educational Foundation who with his son Peter Jnr are the project consultants and also Nick Patrick produced this album. It's 60 years this year when Buddy did his final recording sessions in New York and it will be 60 years on February 3rd 2019 when the tragic plane occurred which killed Buddy along with Ritchie Valens and the Big Bopper but what an legacy he left as well as the influences he made on people like the Beatles, the Rolling Stones, Bob Dylan and many others. It's great to see that Buddy Holly is still appreciated after all these years and this CD proves that there is interest in those early rockers like Buddy, Elvis, Roy Orbison and others. This CD has gone to number 12 in the UK album charts and let's hope for it to hit the Australian charts and this is an must for Buddy Holly fans which I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you'll love it.
