This is the autobiography of British guitarist, songwriter and musician Jim Cregan and in this book he talks about his upbringing in Dorset, got an ukulele at age 9, got his first guitar aged 12, played in bands like The Falcons, The Colorado Four, Dissatisfied Blues Band, Julian Convay and the Machine and the Ingoes which would become Blossom Toes, joined Family as an bass player, Steve Harley and the Cockney Rebel which he was on the hit single Make Me Smile (Come Up and See Me), working with Rod Stewart which he played with him as well as wrote songs together which lasted until 1995, working with people like the Spencer Davis Group, Elton John, the Gypsy Kings, Cat Stevens, Chuck Berry, Joe Cocker and many others. It's an FANTASTIC, Impressive and Very entertaining with FANTASTIC stories told by Jim as well as an enjoyable and an great read too and well worth reading. Jim plays in his own band called Cregan and Co and Rod Stewart does the Foreword. This is an must for music fans and I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be amazed and impressed.
