This is the autobiography of Australian music journalist, author, band manager, promoter, publicist and record label founder Stuart Coupe and in this book he talks about his upbringing in Tasmania, getting his first record being Friday On My Mind by the Easybeats, played Squash for Tasmania in 1973 and 1974, went to Adelaide where he went to Flinders University, started music journalism with Empire Times, created fanzine Street Fever, co founding Preview an Adelaide what's on guide, co founded music magazine Roadrunner, moved to Sydney where he worked for RAM, wrote for the Sun Herald, worked for TAGG, co founded GREEN record label in 1980, managing the Hoodoo Gurus and Paul Kelly, writing books, encounters with Mick Jagger, Brian Wilson, Graham Nash, Michael Gudinski, Bob Dylan, Bruce Springsteen and many others. It is FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with FANTASTIC and AWESOME stories as well as very impressive and very entertaining which it is well worth an read. This is an must for Australian music fans and I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
