Yesterday Afternoon(Sunday November 1st) I went to the Princess Theatre which it was the first time that I went there to see the tribute show The Burt Bacharach Songbook as it was my first time seeing the show. The show started at 3pm with the back up band playing instrumentals of the Burt Bacharach songs and then MarQue Murday came on stage which she performed an few of the Burt Bacharach songs including Promises Promises which then EC Adams came out to do more of the songs including What's New Pussycat MarQue came back on to sing a few songs as well as he and EC songs a few together as well as doing that 1st set EC walk through the audience shaking hands including mine. There was an interval which I bought an Pepsi Max and then the show started with MarQue came back on stage singing a few of the songs and then EC came on singing a few as well as MarQue walking through audience shaking hands as well as EC and her sang the last few songs in the audience getting the crowds to sing along which we did. The show finished @ 5pm, went to the Morrison Hotel where I had steak, chips and Salad for dinner, drank Coke with No Sugar, bought Coke with No Sugar & Ice Cream @ 7-11, caught bus home and Dad picked me up. It was FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT with great singing by MarQue and EC which they did an great job doing the great Burt Bacharach songs which holds up very well to this day and they sounded great together as well as MarQue wearing different dress during the show which she looked great and also the back up band were FANTASTIC too. I hope they come back again in the future and they are worth seeing live.
