Every Day Of My Life by Beeb Birtles

This is the memoir of legendary Australian musician and singer-songwriter Beeb Birtles and in this book he talks about his upbringing in Holland, emigrating to Australia with his family in 1959, growing up in Adelaide, played in Times Unlimited as well as Down The Line before becoming Zoot with Darryl Cotton who would achieve success from 1968-71 with hits like Better Get Going Now, 1 Times 2 Times 3 Times 4, Monty and Me, Eleanor Rigby etc, working with Frieze and Mississippi, forming Little River Band with Glenn Shorrock and Graham Goble who would achieve greatest success overseas including the USA as well as Australia with hits like Reminiscing, Help Is On It's Way, Cool Change, Lonesome Lady, Man On Your Mind etc and many others. It's an BRILLIANT, SUPERB and an FANTASTIC book with FANTASTIC stories told by Beeb which I loved it and Barry Smith from the Australian 60's group the Town Criers also from Adelaide did the foreword. It's has been an long way there for Beeb from Holland, Adelaide, Melbourne, London and America and is still going strong which he was just inducted into the South Australian Music Hall Of Fame in November as he truly deserves it. This book is an must for any Australian music fans as well as fans of Zoot and Little River Band and I give this 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which I'm sure you will be impressed.
