Downton Abbey A New Era
On Monday I went to the Dendy Cinema at Coorparoo to see the movie Downton Abbey A New Era. Lady Violet Crawley (Maggie Smith) tells her family that she has been inheirted an villa in France from an ex flame that she had known when they were young and most of her family including Earl of Grantham (Hugh Bonneville) and his wife Cora(Elizabeth McGovern) go down to the South of France to uncover the mystery and meanwhile at Downton there is an film crew coming to do an movie that stars Guy Dexter (Dominic West) and Myrna Dalgleish (Laura Haddock) which most of the staff there are excited and then is issues as they are becoming aware that the talkies are becoming and also Lady Mary Talbot(Michelle Dockery) is friendly with the director jack Barber (Hugh Dancy) and it gets interesting. It is FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT acting by Maggie Smith, High Bonneville, Elizabeth McGovern, Michelle Dockery, Joanne Froggatt, Dominic West, Laura Haddock, Hugh Dancy, Jim Carter, Tuppence Middleton and many others. It was directed by Simon Curtis, produced by Garth Neame and Liz Trubridge and Julian Fellows who created the Downton Abbey TV series did the screenplay.The second movie is well worth seeing and is just as great as the first one . I give it 5 stars as it's in the cinemas now so do yourselves an favour and SEE IT which I'm sure you will be impressed and amazed by it.
