Dreams Fleetwood Mac tribute show at koala Tavern

On Saturday November 18th I went to the Koala Tavern to see the Fleetwood Mac tribute show Dreams which it was my first time seeing them. Dad took me to the Bus stop, caught bus, got off at Capalaba and walk to the Koala Tavern. Went to the Bistro, rang home, ordered Parmy, chips and salad and sticky date pudding, bought Coke With No Sugar and usr. Had Parmy, chips and salad for dinner, drank Coke With No Sugar, ate Sticky date pudding, went outside, did writing , stood in lie for half an hour as it was supposed to open at 8pm, went inside, drank Coke with No Sugar and use mobile. Dreams Fleetwood Mac Tribute came on stage around 8.45pm which in the first set did some of the Fleetwood Mac classics and some of the Stevie Nicks solo stuff as well as the John Stewart 1979 hit Gold which Stevie sang on and there was an interval where I had an Coke with No Sugar to drink. The band came back on which they did more of the stevie nicks solo and Fleetwood Mac including Oh Well which everyone was enjoying themselves. I left at 10.45pm which Dad picked me up, went to Hungry Jacks Cannon Hill, where we got burgers, chips and coke and Came home. It was an FANTASTIC show which everyone had an great time which I had an great time too and the band was FANTASTIC too doing the great Fleetwood Mac songs as well as the Stevie Nicks with the lady doing Stevie Nicks was great too. They have 3 more queensland shows next month as well as shows in Victoria and NSW and also have shows coming up in 2024 all around Australia and if you have not seen them live please do yourselves an favour and SEE THEM which you will be impressed and amazed. Vale Peter Flanagan(the Fauns/The Flanagans)

Peter Flanagan member of legendary Australian singing family group the Fauns aka the The Flanagans passed away on September 2nd aged 73 at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Peter along with brother Paul and Sister Margaret began as the Fauns in 1959 as they had been doing classical music training which they released 3 singles on the Leedon label- Dance With Me/Don't Take the Stars, We Should Be Together/While Susan Sleeps and Nursery Rhymes Rock and as the Flanagans they released 4 singles on the HMV label-He/Wonderland Of Love and Dreams(1965), Follow the Wind/Land OF Beyond(1965), You Were Meant FOr Me/That's How Man Began(1966) and This is My Song/For Bobby(1967). the group did appearances on Bandstand,Six O'Clock Rock, Teen Time, The Johnny O'Keefe Show, Sing Sing Sing, the Mike Walsh Show, IMT, Revue 61, Revue 62 and many others as well as performing on the Matt Munro TV special in 1966 as well as performing in the clubs too as well as co writing the song...

This is the book about 2 iconic Australian music shows that were on Channel 0 (now Channel 10)back in the 60's The Go Show on August 4th 1964 which lasted for 3 years and 222 episodes until September 17th 1967 and Kommotion hosted by Ken Sparkes was on from December 13th 1965 until September 28th 1967 after 356 episodes and in the book it has the info about both shows as well as episode guides as well the discography of both the Go label and the Kommotion label and the people who worked on Kommotion including Denise Drysdale and Molly Meldrum and many others including some memorabilla and photos of the artists.
