Louie Shelton Band @ the Jack Evans Boat Harbour Stage

On Saturday June 9th I was at the Jack Evans Boat harbour Stage where I saw legendary American guitarist Louie Shelton who played on records by the Monkees, Glen Campbell, The Jackson Five, Lionel Richie, Boz Scaggs etc and his band which he is based on the Gold Coast as it was my first time seeing him. He came on stage with his band at about 11.15am which they started with an medley of instrumentals and then singer Atalie came on stage which she sang the classic songs by people like Fleetwood Mac, ZZ Top, Santana, Queen and others and everyone was enjoying themselves as well as Danny Mayers from the Delltones was in the audience. After the show finished some of us including Tyler and his dad were waiting for Louie to come out which he did as Tyler had some Monkees records with him and I had my autograph book which he signed it as well as getting an photo with him which was an honour. It was an FANTASTIC show with great guitar playing by Louie and great singing by Atalie as well as the musicians Todd, Bruce and mark who played great too and I look forward to see him again soon as he plays around Gold Coast and Brisbane.
