This is the autobiography of legendary Australian singer-songwriter Glenn Shorrock and he talks about his upbringing in Kent England, emigrating to Australia in the 1950's, growing up in Adelaide, forming the Twilights who would achieve success in the 60's with hits like Needle In A Haystack, What's Wrong With The Way I Live, Young Girl, Cathy Come Home etc, Axiom from 1969-71 with classics hits Arkansas Grass and A Little Ray Of Sunshine and from the 1975-82 and 1987-96 Little River Band who would achieve great success overseas as well as in Australia with hits like Emma, Help Is On It's Way, Home On A Monday, Reminiscing, Cool Change, Man On Your Mind etc which he left twice, working in England in the 70's, working with people with people like George Martin, Brian Cadd, Glenn Frey, Cliff Richard, Wendy Matthews, his 2 marriages and many others, It's an AWESOME, FANTASTIC and an SUPERB book with AWESOME and Entertaining stories with great humour told by Glenn taking us on the journey from England, Australia and the world stage. Glenn is still performing all around Australia still singing great as ever and had released an album 2 years ago Rise Again as well as working with Brian Cadd an year ago doing dates around Australia. This book is an must for Australian music fans as well as fans of the Twilights, Axiom and Little River Band and I give it 5 stars which it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT.
