Vice

Tonight I went to the Balmoral Cinema to see the movie Vice which it's about the former American Vice President Dick Cheney. Dick Cheney (Christian Bale) who had worked as an lineman as well as having problems with alcohol that led him to leave Yale as well as being stopped by a cop for driving while intoxicated which leads to his wife Lynne(Amy Adams) telling him to clean up his life and starts work as an intern for the White House during the Richard Nixon administration as well as economic adviser Don Rumsfield(Steve Carrell) while juggling commitments with family as well as well Chief of Staff for the White House, being elected house of Representatives, Secretary for Defence during the George HW Bush administration as well as issues with his heart as well as their daughter being gay and then in 2000 is invited by George W Bush (Sam Rockwell) to become his running mate during the Presidential Election which he accepts as they would win as well as during the Vice Presidency would be dealing with things happening including the War On Terror and others. It's excellent and Brilliant with Top and Fabulous acting by Christian Bale, Amy Adams, Steve Carrell, Sam Rockwell, Alison Pill and Lily Rabe. It's directed by Adam McKay who also produced it with Brad Pitt, Dede Gardner, Will Ferrell, Megan Ellison, Jeremy Kleiner and Kevin J Messick and did the screenplay as well. I give it 4 stars as it is in the cinemas now so do yourselves an favour and See It.
