Bombshell
Tonight I went to the Balmoral Cinema to see the movie Bombshell. Gretchen Carlson (Nicole Kidman), Megyn Kelly (Charlize Theron) and Kayla Pospisil (Margot Robbie) are working for Fox News which it is run by Roger Ailes (John Lithgow) which he runs it with fear and determination. Megyn is an anchor/commentator who is preparing for the Republican debate but gets sick on the day and questions Donald trump about women but then send tweets about her which hurts her reputation and getting followed by reporters, Gretchen is co anchor on a show called Fox and Friends but then is taken off and gets an worse on a show less popular which she is experiencing sexist comments by others. Kayla who has an religious background starts working with Gretchen and then works for reporter Bill O'Reilly and after she gets fired she gets friendly with an co worker Jess carr (Kate McKinnon) which they sleep together and get drunk and also Ailes makes obscure passes at her which she gets uncomfortable. Gretchen gets fired which she then decides to sue Roger which causes distress and initially no women at Fox are saying anything and eventually gradually they start saying about Roger which gets interesting. It's FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with BRILLIANT and SUPERB acting by Charlize Theron who is nominated for Best Actress Oscar, Nicole Kidman, Margot Robbie who is nominated for Best Supporting Actress, John Lithgow, Allison Janney, Malcolm McDowall, Kate McKinnon, Connie Britton, Holland Taylor and Elisabeth Rohm. Jay Roach directed as well as produced it with Charlize Theron, Aaron L Gilbert, Charles Randolph, Robert Graf, Michelle Graham, Margaret Riley, AJ Dix and Beth Kono and Charles Randolph did the screenplay. I give it 5 stars and it's in the cinemas now so do yourselves an favour and SEE IT which you'll be impressed.
