Bear Sonic's Journals At The Carousel Ballroom April 24th 1968 by Johnny Cash

This is the unreleased live album by Legendary American country singer Johnny Cash and it was recorded at the Carousel Ballroom in San Francisco which was recorded by famed taper and audio engineer Owsley Stanley through the Owsley Stanley Foundation and BMG/Renew Records. On the live recording with the Tennessee Three he performed his classic hits including Big River, Ring Of Fire, I Walk The Line as well as 2 Bob Dylan Songs as well as Green Green Grass Home as well as Some of the song performed by his wife June Carter Cash and in the booklet it has essays by John Carter Cash (son of Johnny Cash and June Carter), Bob Weir of the Greatful Dead, Dave Schools from Widespread Panic and the son of Owsley Stanley Starfinder Stanley. It is an FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT live album with great songs which sounds so good and the quality is great to listen to. It is well worth listening too and it came at the time Johnny Cash was getting his life together after going through personal issues as well as marrying June in March 1968 as well as recording At Folsom Prison. This is an must for Johnny Cash fans and I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
