Late Late At Night by Rick Springfield
Just a few weeks ago the book Late Late at Night by Australian singer Rick Springfield was released. In this book Rick talks about his childhood in Australia as well as spending a few years in England, performing in Vietnam with an band called Rockhouse which featured the late Pete Watson of the mid 60's Australian group MPD Limited, played in an group called Wickedy Wak in Brisbane, joined the Australian group Zoot which featured Daryl Cotton and Beeb BIrtles as well as playing on the single "Eleanor RIgby", having solo success with Speak to the Guy, Moving to the USA where he's had most of his success with hit records including Jessie's Girl, Affair of the Heart, Human Touch, Don't Talk to strangers etc as well as his acting including playing Noah Drake on the US daytime soap "General Hospital", battling depression, thoughs of suicide, the death of his father and others. It's an AWESOME & BRILLIANT book which Rick tells an lot of great stories including seeing the Beatles in Melbourne, meeting Hank marvin of the Shadows and it's an must for any Australian music fan. I give it 5 stars and it's in the shops now
