Who Believes In Angels by Brandi Carlile and Elton John

This is the new album by Music legend Elton John and Brandi Carlile and this was recorded in Los Angeles at Sunset Soundwhich the songs were written by Brandi, Elton, Bernie Taupin and Andrew Watt who also produced the album as well as among the musicians who played on the album including Chad Smith from the American rock band Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Josh Klinghoffer who also plays in Red Hot Chilli Peppers and Pino Palladino who played bass with the Who as well as Don Henley, Go West and John Mayer. It is FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT with FANTASTIC songs and great singing by Elton and Brandi which they did it so brilliantly and sounded great together. The album has gone to number 1 in the UK, number 9 in the USA and number 26 in Australia and this an must for Elton John fans which I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you'll be impressed and amazed.

Vale Peter Flanagan(the Fauns/The Flanagans)

Peter Flanagan member of legendary Australian singing family group the Fauns aka the The Flanagans passed away on September 2nd aged 73 at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Peter along with brother Paul and Sister Margaret began as the Fauns in 1959 as they had been doing classical music training which they released 3 singles on the Leedon label- Dance With Me/Don't Take the Stars, We Should Be Together/While Susan Sleeps and Nursery Rhymes Rock and as the Flanagans they released 4 singles on the HMV label-He/Wonderland Of Love and Dreams(1965), Follow the Wind/Land OF Beyond(1965), You Were Meant FOr Me/That's How Man Began(1966) and This is My Song/For Bobby(1967). the group did appearances on Bandstand,Six O'Clock Rock, Teen Time, The Johnny O'Keefe Show, Sing Sing Sing, the Mike Walsh Show, IMT, Revue 61, Revue 62 and many others as well as performing on the Matt Munro TV special in 1966 as well as performing in the clubs too as well as co writing the song...

 This is the autobiography of Australian Pianist and musician John Charter and in this book he talks about his upbringing in Kingsford (Sydney), started learning piano at age 8, playing in Australia's first rock and roll band Alan Dale and the Houserockers, playing in his own trio, forming Johnny Rebb and The Rebels with Johnny Rebb who would achieve 6 top 40 hits from 1959-60 including Hey Sheriff and Pathway To Paradise, doing the Lee Gordon tours with the Everly brothers, Fabian , The Platters and Johnny Ray, doing Bandstand and Six O'Clock Rock, working with Slim Dusty, playing in the Sydney Club  and hotel Scene , forming his own group The John Charter Group, working in Vietnam and America with Digger Revell and many others.
