Wild Tales A Rock & Roll Life by Graham Nash
Wild Tales A Rock & Roll Life is the autobiography of legendary singer-song writer as well as founding member of both legendary rock groups the Hollies and Crosby Stills Nash and Young Graham Nash. In this book Graham talks about his childhood and upbringing in Manchester,England, forming the Hollies with childhood friend Allan Clarke in 1962 which they would achieve successful hit singles with Just One Look, Here I Go Again, Look Through Any Window, Bus Stop, Carrie Anne, On A Carousel and many others, the Swinging London music scene of the 60's, meeting David Crosby and Stephen Stills, moving to America in 1968 after leaving the Hollies where he would achieve even greater success with Crosby Stills Nash and Young, his political activism, working with acts like the Beatles,The Rolling Stones, Mama Cass, Bob Dylan, Jimi Hendrix and many others. It's a AWESOME and BRILLIANT book with great stories told by Graham and i enjoyed it so very much. It is amazing that he is still going strong after more 50 years starting with the Hollies which he still performs with Crosby and Stills as well as performing solo and he also does photography as well and also this book is a fascinating tale of a man who has lived it all. This book is a must for both fans of the Hollies as well as fans of Crosby Stills Nash and Young and I am giving this 5 stars which it's in the shops now so do yourself a favour and BUY IT.
