Then Play On by Fleetwood Mac

In 1969 British rock band Fleetwood Mac released an album called Then Play On  which went to number 6 in the UK and number 109 in the USA  and it was the first album that guitarist Danny Kirwan played on having joined in 1968 as well as being the last album for lead guitarist and founding member Peter Green who left in 1970  which there were no hit singles on it   but they had an hit single at that time with Oh Well going to number 2 in the UK. number 55 in the USA and number 17 in Australia. It is now out on CD again  and on the re-issued album besides from the original tracks on it including Rattlesnake Shake, Showbiz Blues, Fighting For Madge, Searching For Madge there is bonus tracks including  the hit singles Oh Well and Green Manalishi in 1970 which Peter Green's last single with Fleetwood Mac. It's FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with great songs  which has stood the test of time with great musicianship of Fleetwood Mac of  that time and there is an great booklet which Anthony Bozza who co wrote Mick Fleetwood's autobiography Play On Now Then and Fleetwood Mac 6 years ago with an  foreword by Mick Fleetwood the drummer who is still there today after 53 years.  Christine McVie who would become an official member in 1970 played on the album but was uncredited and this album showed an broader wider range comparison to the blues style that they done for the first 2 albums. As it was 2 months ago since the passing of Peter Green  the music he made with Fleetwood Mac lives on forever and his part of the Fleetwood Mac story is still remembered . This is an must Fleetwood Mac fans  which I give it 5 stars and it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be amazed.
