In this book he talks about his upbringing in Quambatook Victoria, moving to Melbourne to live with his aunties, living with future singer Ronnie Burns, seeing the Beatles in Melbourne in 1964, working for Go Set, going into record production, being offered an job in 1974 to be the music coordinator of an new music on the ABC called Countdown which would last for 13 years and become of the most popular music shows in Australia which would become the host as well, partying, arguing, talking, exchanging and would become friends with many of the big names of music as well as the behind the scenes on Countdown including the interview with Prince Charles and many others. It is an AWESOME,BRILLIANT, SUPERB and FANTASTIC book with outrageous, funny and impressive stories and it's an very enjoyable and an very very impressive read too. This book was co written with Australian music journalist Jeff Jenkins which it's taken 35 years to do it and legendary Australian singer John Farnham did the foreword as well as Mushroom Records founder Michael Gudinski did the introduction. Molly is still keeping active on the Australian music scene after more then 45 years which he is still one of the most respected people in the history of Australian music having been through the terrible accident in 2011 when he fell of the ladder and he is to be inducted into the ARIA Hall Of Fame on the 26th of this month along with Countdown which he truly deserves it for what he has done for Australian music as well as making an impact. This book is a must for any Australian music fans which I give it 5 stars and it is in the shops now as Molly would say Do Yourself an favour and BUY IT.
