Living Like A Runaway Lita Ford

Living Like A Runaway is the autobiography of legendary musician and member of the American 70's rock girl band the Runaways Lita Ford. In this book she talks about living in England until she was 4, moving to the USA where she lived in Long Beach California, getting her first guitar at 11, joined the Runaways which would last until 1979 as well as launching the career for Joan Jett who would go onto a successful career, her solo career which she had a Top 10 hit with Close My Eyes Forever written by Ozzy Osbourne, personal problems in her life including feel trapped, isolated from the music for more than a decade as well as being alienated from her sons and others. It's an FANTASTIC book with FANTASTIC stories told by Lita and Dee Snider from Twisted Sister did the foreword. Lita is still touring and recording as she has some shows coming up in the USA as well as 2 British shows as a Romanian show. This book is a must for 70's music fans and Runaways fans and I give this 4 stars which it's in the shops somewhere so do yourselves a favour and BUY IT which you should enjoy reading this book and be impressed by it.
