Sweet Dreams Are Made Of This is the autobiography of Dave Stewart songwriter and musician as well as a member of the Eurythmics and in this book he talks about growing up in Northern England, his parents split up, got his first guitar at 12, going to London in the early 70's, playing in his first band called Longdancer, meeting Annie Lennox in the mid 70's, playing in a band called the Tourist who would become the Eurythmics who would great success in the 80's with hits like When Tomorrow Comes, Sweet Dreams Are made Of This, When Tomorrow Comes etc, working with Mick Jagger, Stevie Nicks, Tom Petty, No Doubt and many others. It's an FANTASTIC book with FANTASTIC stories told by Dave which I enjoyed reading it and he is still working as he has been working with Australian singer Vanessa Amorosi as well as Jon Stevens whose new album will be out on March 31st called Spotlight. This book is a must for 80's music fans as well as fans of the Eurythmics and I give this 4 stars which it's still in the shops somewhere so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which I'm sure you will be impressed with the book and hope you enjoy reading it.
