In 1993 the biographical movie What's Love Go To Do With It was released that starred Angela Bassett as iconic American singer Tina Turner and Laurence Fishburne as Her ex husband Ike Turner which was an great success and the soundtrack track album of the same name which including the title which was the huge hit in 1984 as well as re-recordings of the songs she did with Ike including Proud Mary and Nutbush City Limits as well as some of the recordings she did on the album including I Don't Wanna Fight, Disco Inferno and Why Must We Wait Until Tonight. the album was released on June 15th 1993 which went to number 17 in the USA pop charts, number 8 in the USA R&B charts, number 1 in the UK and number 30 in Australia and it now being re-issued again as it was released last Friday as an double CD. On the first album it has the original tracks on the album that was released in 1993 and on the second CD has different versions of the songs that was recorded on the album including an acapella version of Proud Mary as well as an edit version as well as an instrumental versions of I Don't Wanna Fight and Why Must We Wait Until Tonight. It is AWESOME, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with FANTASTIC and AWESOME songs which they sound FANTASTIC and still does to this day as great music endures as you can never get tired hearing the songs as it gets appreciated after all these years. It's an year since the passing of Tina Turner but the great music she made lives on forever and it will be around forever which it's great music. This is an must for Tina Turner fans and I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
