Downton Abbey
This afternoon I went to the Balmoral Cinema to see the movie Downton Abbey. It's 1927 and King George V(Simon Jones) and Queen mary(Geraldine James) are coming to Downton Abbey for an parade and staying the night and the staff at Downton are to help but then the people who work for the King and Queen come to the castle and they take over the proceedings as well as Mr Carson (Jim Carter) the butler who retired but comes back to help as well as issues with Violet (Maggie Smith) and Lady Bagshaw (Imelda Staunton) about inheritance and others which gets interesting. It's FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with top and Brilliant acting by Hugh Bonneville, Elizabeth McGovern, Maggie Smith, Michelle Dockery, Jim Carter, Joanne Froggatt, Laura Carmichael, Imelda Staunton, Raquel Cassidy and others as most of the actors from the TV series are in the film . The show finished 4 years ago and it's directed by Michael Engler with Julian Fellows who created the show as one of the producers and doing the screenplay. I give it 4 and an half stars as it's in the cinemas now so do yourselves an favour and SEE IT which you will be impressed.
