Marty Supreme

This afternoon I went to the Dendy Cinema Coorparoo to see the movie Marty Supreme. It's New York 1952 and Marty Mauser (Timothee Chalamet) is an shoe salesman at his uncle Murray's(Larry Sloman) while he is also doing Table Tennis professionally and goes to the British Open which he loses to Japanese champion Koto Endo(Koto Kawaguchi) and also encounters actress Kay Stone (Gwyneth Paltrow) at the Ritz in London which he has a affair with her which he also had a affair with his childhood friend Rachel (Odessa A'Zion) who is married and is pregnant. Marty is offered by Milton Rockwell (Kevin O'Leary) who is a businessman and Kay's husband to do a exhibition before the World Championships in Tokyo but declines and eventually changed his mind as well as being a support act for the Harlem Globetrotters and then gets into situations like being arrested as well as escaping and reconnecting with Rachel which it gets interesting. It is Amazing, Brilliant and Superb with Top, Brilliant and Superb acting by Timothee Chamalet, Gwnyeth Paltrow, Odessa A'Zion, Koto Kawaguchi, Larry Sloman, Kevin O'Leary and Fran Drescher and it is directed by Josh Safide who also did the writing with Ronald Bronstein as well as produced it with Timothee Chamalet, Ronald Bronstein, Eli Bush and Anthony Katagas. Timothee Chalamet is nominated for the Best Actor Oscar and the movie is nominated for 8 more Oscars including Best Director and Best Picture and also this is also Timothee Chalamet's best performances he has given which he did the role in the movie so brilliantly. I am giving this 5 stars as it's in the cinemas now and do yourselves an favour and SEE IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
