Super/Man The Christopher Reeve Story

This afternoon I went to the Events Cinema in the City to see the documentary about iconic American movie actor Christopher Reeve and in the documentary it has interviews with his children Matthew, Alexandra and Will, his half brother Kevin, his ex partner Gae who is the mother of the 2 children, Glenn Close, Whoopi Goldberg, Jeff Daniels, John Kerry, Brooke Ellison and talks about his upbringing which his parents divorced when he was 3, getting into Theatre, doing Superman which was to be an big part of His career, his realtionship with Gae which ended in the late 80's, marrrying Dana, the accident which forever changed his life when he was paralyzed after a horse riding accident in 1995 and his work as an activist for disability rights. It is FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB as well as sad and touching as well as very impressive and very entertaining and also inspirational which it is well worth seeing. It was directed by Ian Bonhote and Peter Ettedgui and produced by Ian Bonhote, Lizzie Gillet and Robert Ford. It has been 20 years ago since Christopher Reeve passed away but the movies he made lives on forever and continues to be an inspiration after all these years for disability rights. This is an must for Christopher Reeve fans and I give it 4 and an half stars which it is in the cinemas now so do yourselves an favour and SEE IT which you will be impressed and amazed as well as be inspired.
