This afternoon I went to the Events Cinema where I saw Lee. Lee Miller (Kate Winslet) who was an model who wants to take photos who eventually works for Vogue Magazine which she talks photos of the events that happened including the Blitz as well as going to France and Germany which she goes with David Scherman(Andy Samberg) which is also photojournalist and is married to Roland Penrose (Alexander Skarsgard) and also gets interesting. It is AMAZING, Brilliant and Superb with top and Brilliant acting by Kate Winslet who was one of the producers as well, Andy Samberg, Alexander Skarsgard, Josh O'Connor, Marion Cotillard and Andrea Riseborough. It is directed by Ellen Kuras and besides from Kate Winslet the other producers were Kate Solomon, Troy Lum, Andrew Mason, Marie Savare and Lauren Hantz and also this is one of Kate Winslet's best performances that she has done when you think that 30 years ago she made her very first film Heavenly Creatures and here we are she still gives great performances which she reallys nails it in this movie. I give it 4 and an half stars as it's in the cinemas now so do yourselves an favour and SEE IT which you will be impressed and amazed as well as to understand what Lee Miller did and the impact it made.

Vale Peter Flanagan(the Fauns/The Flanagans)

Peter Flanagan member of legendary Australian singing family group the Fauns aka the The Flanagans passed away on September 2nd aged 73 at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Peter along with brother Paul and Sister Margaret began as the Fauns in 1959 as they had been doing classical music training which they released 3 singles on the Leedon label- Dance With Me/Don't Take the Stars, We Should Be Together/While Susan Sleeps and Nursery Rhymes Rock and as the Flanagans they released 4 singles on the HMV label-He/Wonderland Of Love and Dreams(1965), Follow the Wind/Land OF Beyond(1965), You Were Meant FOr Me/That's How Man Began(1966) and This is My Song/For Bobby(1967). the group did appearances on Bandstand,Six O'Clock Rock, Teen Time, The Johnny O'Keefe Show, Sing Sing Sing, the Mike Walsh Show, IMT, Revue 61, Revue 62 and many others as well as performing on the Matt Munro TV special in 1966 as well as performing in the clubs too as well as co writing the song...

This is the book about 2 iconic Australian music shows that were on Channel 0 (now Channel 10)back in the 60's The Go Show on August 4th 1964 which lasted for 3 years and 222 episodes until September 17th 1967 and Kommotion hosted by Ken Sparkes was on from December 13th 1965 until September 28th 1967 after 356 episodes and in the book it has the info about both shows as well as episode guides as well the discography of both the Go label and the Kommotion label and the people who worked on Kommotion including Denise Drysdale and Molly Meldrum and many others including some memorabilla and photos of the artists.
