This is the autobiography of legendary British singer Rick Astley and in this book talks about his upbringing in Newton England, his parents divorced, getting drums, played in bands Give Way and FBI which he became an lead singer later on, getting noticed by Pete Waterman from the Pete Waterman Limited, worked as an tape op, had his first hit in 1987 with Never Gonna Give You Up as well as an string of hits throughout the late 80's including Whenever You Need Somebody, When I Fall In Love, Together Forever,Cry For Help and many others, taking an break from the music business, coming back in 2000 with the album Keep It Turned On, encounters with Kylie Minogue, Carole Bayer Sager, The Smiths, Mark King from Level 42, Jeff Poracro and many others. It is FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT as well as very impressive and very entertaining which it is well worth an read going throuhg Rick's journey to where he is now. Rick has got UK Christmas shows coming up in December and has just done an book of the UK, Ireland, Wales and Scotland. This is an must for Rick Astley fans and I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
