This is from the Telegraph May 12th 1965 (60 Years Ago today) and this was the 4BK Top 10 with Petula Clark at number 1 with the song written by Tony Hatch who also produced it I Know A Place, Hermans Hermits at number 2 with the song written by John Carter and Ken Lewis Can't You Hear My Heartbeat with their version of the Rays song Silhouettes, the Beatles at number 3 with their version of the Chuck Berry song which was from the Beatles For Sale album Rock'n'Roll Music, The Rolling Stones at number 4 with the Last Time, The Beatles at number 5 with Ticket To Ride, The Seekers at number 6 with the song written by Tom Springfield I'll Never Find Another You, Roger Miller at number 7 with King Of The Road, Vic Dana at number 8 with Red Roses For A Blue Lady, Shirley Bassey at number 9 with the song that was from the James Bond movie of the same name that starred Sean Connery Goldfinger and Gene Pitney at number 10 with the double sided I Must Be Seeing Things and Marianne.
