This is from the Telegraph September 27th 1960 and now the classic hits station here in Brisbane 4BH was one of Brisbane's popular radio stations at the time in the early 60's which among their disc jockeys was Neil Rudd who did the Breakfast Show which the advert from the Telegraph got the listeners to choose their own Top 40 by choosing the song they want which if their choice got played the listener would win 5 pounds(10 dollars to today's standards)and the programs that were on during Monday to Friday were Choose Your Top 40 from 5am until 8am, Choice of the People from 8am until 9.30am, Ring A Request at 12.40pm until 4pm, New Rumpus Room from 4pm until 5.30pm, Record Review from 5.30pm until 5.50pm and Sweet Beat from 10.10pm until 11.30pm, on Saturdays Choose Your Top 40 from 5am until 8am, Music For Moderns from 8am until 12.30pm, Platter Chatter from 12.30pm until 3pm and Hixco's Home Harmonies from 3pm until 6pm and Sundays with Breakfast With A Beat from 6am until 7.15am and Platter Chatter from 8.55am until 12.30pm.
