This is the autobiography of Scottish musician and an member of the legendary Scottish band The Bay City Rollers Stuart "Woody" Wood and in this book he talks about his upbringing in Edinburgh, got a recorder as well as cornet as well as learning to play piano, played in an three piece jazz band, played in the band Freezin Heet, joined the Bay City Rollers in 1974 which he is still with them to this day who played on many of the classics including Summer Love Sensation, Shang A Lang, Bye Bye Baby and Money Honey, the issues behind the scenes, living in South Africa and many others. It is FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT with AMAZING and SUPERB stories as well as very impressive and very entertaining which it is well worth a read indeed. Stuart is still with the Bay City Rollers who are doing shows in the UK this month and shows in the UK and Ireland in 2026 and let's hope for a Australian tour one day. It's been more then 50 years since the Bay City Rollers emereged on the music and the songs are still great today as it did then as great music endures and still appreciated it after all these years. This is a must for Bay CIty Rollers fans and I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
