4BH July 1955

This is from the Telegraph July 15th 1955 and now the classic hits station here in Brisbane in 2026 4BH was one of Brisbane's popular radio stations at the time in the 1950's which among their disc jockeys was Bob Rogers who had been with the station since 1950 as he would be there until 1957 and would be come very successful on Sydney radio was on Friday night which he did Disc For Debonaires at 6.30pm and King Hits at 9pm, Saturday Platter Chatter from 1pm until 3pm and Get Out Those Old records at 9.30am and Sunday Platter Chatter from 10am until 12 noon and Thanks For The Memory at 6.30pm.

Peter Flanagan member of legendary Australian singing family group the Fauns aka the The Flanagans passed away on September 2nd aged 73 at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Hermans Hermits Australian Tour 2025
