The Australian and New Zealand acts that were on the charts that week were Pastoral Symphony at number 10 with Love Machine, Somebody's Image including Russell Morris at number 14 with Hide and Seek, Brisbane boy Jon Blanchfield at number 18 with Somebody To Love his version of the Jefferson Airplane song, Another Brisbane boy Graham Chapman at number 20 with Gee I'm Gonna Miss You, the Iguana at number 25 with their version of the 5th Dimension song written by Willie Hutch California My Way, The Virgil Brothers at number 26 with Temptation 'Bout To Get Me and John Rowles at number 40 with Hush Not A Word To Mary
