This is the book about the Beatles Australiasian 1964 tour which talked about the behind the scenes of that tour including Ringo Starr getting the tonsils as well as Jimmy Nicol taking his place on the tour as well as never before seen photos as well as memorabilia that has also never been seen before as well as interviews with people who were on the tour including Johnny Chester, Johnny Devlin, Bob Rogers, Jenny Kee, Little Pattie, Bruce Stewart as well as fans who went to the shows and many others. It is AWESOME, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with AWESOME and BRILLIANT stories as well as very impressive and very entertaining with great stuff on it which is well worth an read. Andy Neil who is from the UK who has written books about the Who, The Beatles and Rod Stewart with the Faces as well as having done liner notes for reissued CD's and Greg Armstrong who is from Melbourne who an radio presenter, researcher and historian who does the Beatles Let It Be radio show on Melbourne's 88.9 WynFM have done an great job putting this together and all the stuff on it is just amazing. It's been 60 years since the tour happened and the impact it made here in Australia on the music and the culture. This is an must for Beatles fans and I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be amazed and impressed as I am sure it will bring back memories for the those who saw the Beatles 60 years ago.
