This is from the Telegraph July 28th 1965 and this is the 4BK Top 10 with Elvis Presley at number 1 with his version of Crying In The Chapel which he had recorded in 1960, Brendan Bowyer at number 2 with his version of the Chubby Checker song The Hucklebuck, Cliff Richard at number 3 with his version of The Elvis Presley song Angel with Razzle which was his version of the Bill Haley and His Comets song, Billy Thorpe and the Aztecs at number 4 with their version of the Marty Robbins song I Told The Brook with their version of The Merseybeats song Funny Face, Normie Rowe at number 5 with the song that launched him on the Australian music scene which was an cover of the Gershwin song that was from the musical Porgy and Bess It Ain't Necessarily So, Ray Brown and the Whispers at number 6 with their version of the Brent Edwards song Pride, The Byrds at number 7 with their version of the Bob Dylan song Mr Tambourine Man which Roger McGuinn was the only member of the band played on the song, Hermans Hermits at number 8 with their version of the Sam Cooke song Wonderful World, The Beach Boys at number 9 with Help me Rhonda with Al Jardine on lead vocals and PJ Proby at number 10 with his version of the Donnie Brooks song Mission Bell.
