Living In The Material World George Harrison

On May 30th 1973 George Harrison released his 4th solo album Living In The Material World which was the follow up to the hugely successful album All Things Must Pass in 1970 and it went to number 2 in the UK, number 1 in the USA and number 1 in Australia which the hit single from the album was Give Me Love (Give Me Peace On Earth). It was produced by George Harrison himself and among the musicians who played on the album including Jim Horn, Gary Wright from Spooky Tooth, Ringo Starr and Nicky Hopkins and also it is now on CD which I am reviewing the double CD edition. On the double which the first CD has the original tracks that was out in 1973 and the second CD had different takes and acoustic versions of the songs as well as Miss O'Dell and also George's widow Olivia and John Harris did the liner notes. It is FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with FANTASTIC songs which holds up very well to this day as well as still sounding great today as it did back then. it is 23 years since the passing of George Harrison but the great music he made with the Beatles as well as his solo work lives on and it will never die aas great music endures. This is an must for George Harrison fans and I give it 4 and an half stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
