Cat On The Road to Findout by Yusuf/Cat Stevens
This is the autobiography of legendary British singer-songwriter Yusuf/Cat Stevens and in the book he talks about his upbringing in London, his parents splitting up, getting his first guitar as a teenager, began recording for Decca which he achieved with hits including Matthew and Son and I'm Gonna Buy Me A Gun, having tuberculous in the late 60's which was a turning point as inspired him going into lifelong quest for meaning, recording for Island Records which he would achieve great success with hits including Lady D'Arbanville, Peace Train, Wild World, Father and Son, Remember the Days of the Old Schoolyard as well as the albums including Tea For the Tillerman, Teaser and the Firecat and Catch Bull at Four, nearly drowned, going to Islam which he would become Yusuf Islam and would dedicate his life to faith, family and Humanitarian work, working with Jimi Hendrix, Engelbert Humperdinck, Paul and Barry Ryan, Mike Hurst, Paul Samwell Smith, recording music again, being inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2014 and many others. It is AMAZING, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with FANTASTIC, AWESOME and BRILLIANT stories as well as very impressive and very entertaining which it is well worth a read. Cat/Yusuf was going to go to America but was postponed to due visa isssues and let's hope he come to Australia one day. This is an must for Cat Stevens fans and I Give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
