Fearless Anthology 1965-2025 by Ronnie Wood

This is the 2 CD compilation set of British guitarist Ronnie Wood celelbrating 60 years in the music which on the first CD it has songs from his early bands The Birds and the Creation, The Jeff Beck Group, The Faces, Rod Stewart and his early 70's solo albums and the second CD has songs he did with the Rolling Stones, 1 song with Faces member Ronnie Lane and solo work including 4 unreleased songs including 1 he did with Imelda May and other with Chrssie Hynde from the Pretenders. It is an FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT double CD with FANTASTIC songs and the booklet was written by Paul Sexton who wrote Charlie Watts' book Charlie's Good Tonight The Authorised Biography of Charlie Watts. It's been 50 years this year since Ronnie joined the Rolling Stones which he is still with them to this day and they have a new album coming out next year. This is an must for Ronnie Wood fans and I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.

Vale Peter Flanagan(the Fauns/The Flanagans)

Peter Flanagan member of legendary Australian singing family group the Fauns aka the The Flanagans passed away on September 2nd aged 73 at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Peter along with brother Paul and Sister Margaret began as the Fauns in 1959 as they had been doing classical music training which they released 3 singles on the Leedon label- Dance With Me/Don't Take the Stars, We Should Be Together/While Susan Sleeps and Nursery Rhymes Rock and as the Flanagans they released 4 singles on the HMV label-He/Wonderland Of Love and Dreams(1965), Follow the Wind/Land OF Beyond(1965), You Were Meant FOr Me/That's How Man Began(1966) and This is My Song/For Bobby(1967). the group did appearances on Bandstand,Six O'Clock Rock, Teen Time, The Johnny O'Keefe Show, Sing Sing Sing, the Mike Walsh Show, IMT, Revue 61, Revue 62 and many others as well as performing on the Matt Munro TV special in 1966 as well as performing in the clubs too as well as co writing the song...

Memoirs of A Piano Man by John Charter

 This is the autobiography of Australian Pianist and musician John Charter and in this book he talks about his upbringing in Kingsford (Sydney), started learning piano at age 8, playing in Australia's first rock and roll band Alan Dale and the Houserockers, playing in his own trio, forming Johnny Rebb and The Rebels with Johnny Rebb who would achieve 6 top 40 hits from 1959-60 including Hey Sheriff and Pathway To Paradise, doing the Lee Gordon tours with the Everly brothers, Fabian , The Platters and Johnny Ray, doing Bandstand and Six O'Clock Rock, working with Slim Dusty, playing in the Sydney Club  and hotel Scene , forming his own group The John Charter Group, working in Vietnam and America with Digger Revell and many others.
