4BC Top 30 Charts September 1973
This is from the Telegraph September 21st 1973 and this was the 4BC Top 30 with Barbara Ray at number 1 with I Don't Wanna Play House, Helen Reddy at number 2 with the cover of the Tanya Tucker song Delta Dawn, Wizzard featuring Roy Wood after leaving Electric Light Orchestra at number 3 with See My Baby Jive and Barry Crocker at number 4 with his version of the Robin Luke 1958 hit Susie Darlin. The new entries in the charts that week were Ross Ryan at number 27 with I Am Pegasus, Cher at number 28 with Half Breed, Lobo at number 29 with How Can I Tell Her and Chicago at number 30 with Feeling Stronger Everyday and the besides from Helen Reddy, Barry Crocker and Ross Ryan the other Australian acts in the charts that week were Johnny Ashcroft at number 5 with his version of the song Playground In My Mind which was shared with the Clint Holmes version, John J Francis at number 14 with Mumma Sing Me A Song, Family at number 18with their version of the song Hallelujah Day which was shared with the Jackson Five, Robin Jolley at number 20 with Do You Wanna Boogie, Johnny (John) Farnham at number 21 with I Can't Dance To Your Music and Marcie Jones at number 22 with Armed and Extremely Dangerous which was from the album That Girl Jones.
