Luck and Strange David Gilmour

This is the latest album by Pink Floyd member David Gilmour which was recorded at Medina Studios, Salvation Studios, British Grove Studios, Angel Studio, Astoria Studio and Iguana Studio over 5 months and the most of the songs on the album are written by Polly Samson who is the wife of David Gilmour except 1 which was an cover of the Montgolfier Brothers song Between Two Points and another song written by Polly Samson, David Gilmour and Charlie Gilmour (His son). It is an FANTASTIC album with great songs with great singing and playing by David Gilmour who is still sounding great at age 78 and among the musicians on the album are Guy Pratt who was played with Pink Floyd and American drummer Steve Gadd who plays on some of the tracks and Roger Eno who is the brother of Roxy Music member Brian Eno. The album went to number 1 in the UK, number 10 in the USA and number 6 in Australia and David is currently performing in Rome Italy at the Circo Massimo as it's the 3rd of an 6 show run, 6 shows at the Royal Albert Hall in London from October 9th-15th, 4 shows in Los Angeles from October 25th-29th and 5 shows at the Madison Square Garden in New York City from November 4th-9th. This is an must for Pink Floyd fans as well as fans of David Gilmour's solo work and I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
