4BH June 1955

This is from the Telegraph June 9th 1955 and now the classic hits station here in Brisbane in 2026 4BH was one of Brisbane's popular radio stations at the time in the 1950's which among their radio personalities were Keith Eadie who was on during the week with the Craven a Hit Parade which was on at 7pm and the next night at 6.15pm the show that was on was called Nissen's Gems Musical Comedy.

Peter Flanagan member of legendary Australian singing family group the Fauns aka the The Flanagans passed away on September 2nd aged 73 at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Hermans Hermits Australian Tour 2025

In August and September 2025 legendary British rock group Hermans Hermits are touring Australia which they will be performing in Queensland, NSW, ACT, Western Australia and Victoria and the group with original member and drummer Barry Whitwam, Jamie Thurston on bass guitar and vocals, John Summerton on guitar and vocals and Tony Young on Keyboards and vocals will perform many of their classic hits from the 60's including I'm Into Something Good, Mrs Brown You've Got A Lovely Daughter, No Milk Today, There's A Kind Of Hush, My Sentimental Friend and many others.
