4BK Top 10 charts June 1964

This is from the Telegraph June 24th 1964 and this was the 4BK Top 10 charts with Brisbane singer Billy Thorpe with the Aztecs at number 1 with their version of the Coasters 1959 hit Poison Ivy, Peter Paul and Mary who had been in Brisbane that month on the 3rd at number 2 with Tell It On The Mountain, Cilla Black at number 3 with You're My World, The Beatles at number 4 with Can't Buy Me Love, Mary Wells at number 5 with the song written by Smokey Robinson from the Miracles My Guy, Bill Haley and His Comets at number 6 with Rock Around the Clock which had re-released at the time in Australia, Millie at number 7 with My Boy Lollipop, Elvis Presley at number 8 with the title song from the movie he did with Ann Margaret Viva Las Vegas, Tommy Roe at number 9 with his version of the Chuck Berry song Carol and the Beatles at number 10 with Boys(with Ringo Starr on lead vocal)/Long Tall Sally(with Paul McCartney on lead vocal) and this was the week before the Beatles played the 2 shows @ Festival Hall Brisbane on June 29th and 30th.
