Aria Hall Of Fame
In nearly 2 weeks time the ARIA Hall of Fame is happening with the standalone ceremony at Sydney's Carriageworks on Gadial land and the inductees are Kate Cebrano, Jenny Morris, Vika and Linda, The Living End, Spiderbait and Gurrumul which they truly deserve it for the impact they made on Australian music even though Jenny Morris who is a Kiwi but she made a impact in Australia and there has been a issue as there are so many performers from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's are missing their chances as they have an impact on the Australian music scene who should deserve an ARIA Hall of Fame as much as everyone else as there the performers from those eras I mentioned were the pioneers of the industry and it would not be the industry as it is today in 2026 if it wasn't for the artists which Col Joye, Johnny O'Keeffe, Billy Thorpe, Slim Dusty, Normie Rowe, The Easybeats, Helen Reddy, Dragon, Max Merritt, Glenn Shorrock as well as Little River Band, Ross Wilson as well as Daddy Cool, The Bee Gees, Smoky Dawson, Split Enz, Crowded House, Marcia Hines, Brian Cadd, The Seekers, Air Supply Skyhooks, Daryl Braithwaite as well as Sherbet and Jimmy Barnes as well as Cold Chisel have been among the artists that have been inducted and let's hope for many acts that have not been inducted get inducted which they should do that while most of them are still alive as sadly there are those performers who have passed away like Bobby Bright and Laurie (Bobby and Laurie), Marcie Jones, Johnny Rebb, Alan Dale, Digby Richards amongst them who should posthumously deserve it too just to know that their work is not forgotten and still remembered and here is my list of acts from the 50's, 60's, 70's and 80's who should deserve the Aria Hall Of Fame
