Australian Made Live Kate Ceberano

This is the new live album by Australian singer Kate Ceberano and throughout this year Kate Ceberano did an Australian tour to celebrate 40 years of her career as well as an tribute to the Australian acts who shaped and inspire her career which she was backed up by Kathleen Halloran and Darren Hart and the songs on the album she performed including her hits in the 80's and 90's including Bedroom Eyes, Pash and Brave as well as songs by acts including INXS, the Models, The Black Sorrows, Cold Chisel, Daddy Cool and the Divinyls . It is AWESOME, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT songs which is sang brilliantly by Kate who is still sounding and singing great which besides from her hits she does the other songs by the Australian acts with justice and respect which she is does it so very well. Kate has 4 more shows of the Australia Made tour including Brisbane at the Fortitude Music Hall on September 20th and will be touring with Jimmy Barnes, Icehouse and Ian Moss for the 40th anniversary of the Working Class Man tour from November until February 2026. This is an must for Kate Ceberano fans and I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.

Vale Peter Flanagan(the Fauns/The Flanagans)

Peter Flanagan member of legendary Australian singing family group the Fauns aka the The Flanagans passed away on September 2nd aged 73 at the Royal North Shore Hospital in Sydney. Peter along with brother Paul and Sister Margaret began as the Fauns in 1959 as they had been doing classical music training which they released 3 singles on the Leedon label- Dance With Me/Don't Take the Stars, We Should Be Together/While Susan Sleeps and Nursery Rhymes Rock and as the Flanagans they released 4 singles on the HMV label-He/Wonderland Of Love and Dreams(1965), Follow the Wind/Land OF Beyond(1965), You Were Meant FOr Me/That's How Man Began(1966) and This is My Song/For Bobby(1967). the group did appearances on Bandstand,Six O'Clock Rock, Teen Time, The Johnny O'Keefe Show, Sing Sing Sing, the Mike Walsh Show, IMT, Revue 61, Revue 62 and many others as well as performing on the Matt Munro TV special in 1966 as well as performing in the clubs too as well as co writing the song...

 This is the autobiography of Australian Pianist and musician John Charter and in this book he talks about his upbringing in Kingsford (Sydney), started learning piano at age 8, playing in Australia's first rock and roll band Alan Dale and the Houserockers, playing in his own trio, forming Johnny Rebb and The Rebels with Johnny Rebb who would achieve 6 top 40 hits from 1959-60 including Hey Sheriff and Pathway To Paradise, doing the Lee Gordon tours with the Everly brothers, Fabian , The Platters and Johnny Ray, doing Bandstand and Six O'Clock Rock, working with Slim Dusty, playing in the Sydney Club  and hotel Scene , forming his own group The John Charter Group, working in Vietnam and America with Digger Revell and many others.
