the Journey Part 3 The Kinks

This is the 3rd and last compilation CD of the legendary British rock band the Kinks and which the songs on the album are on from 1977-84 period when they recorded for Arista as it had the hit singles including Sleepwalker, A Rock'N'Roll Fantasy, Better Things and Come Dancing as well as an live recording which it is on the second CD was at the Royal Albert Hall in London in 1993 which they performed many of the classics including You Really Got Me, Sunny Afternoon, Dedicated Follower of Fashion and Apeman and also there is an booklet with Phil Alexander doing the liner notes as well as Kinks members Ray Davies, Dave Davies and Mick Avory commenting on the songs on the album. It is FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT with FANTASTIC songs which has stood the test of time and holds up very well today which they still sound great. The Kinks split up in 1997 but the music still lives on which you still hear it on the radio today and Dave still works as he's doing book signings and art sale in the US in October and Mick Avory performs in Kast Off Kinks doing shos in the UK. This is an must for Fans of the Kinks and I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
