This is the soundtrack album of the music documentary about the legendary Australian singer John Farnham which it's still in the cinemas at the moment and among the songs that is on this double CD are some of the John Farnham's hits including Don't You Know It's Magic, You're The Voice, One, Pressure Down as well as some of the live recording in Melbourne and Germany as well as the Masters Apprentices' Because I Love You and Daryl Braithwaite's As the Days Go By. It is FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with FANTASTIC songs which many of it has stood the test of time and still sound great today. The album is at number 2 in Australia and let's hope it goes to number 1 and the movie is still running in the cinemas. I am giving this 5 stars and it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which You Will Love It. Let's keep supporting Australian music.

This is the new album by legendary American singer-songwriter Paul Simon and it's written by Paul as all the 7 songs are one piece as well as being acoustic as well as his wife Edie Brickell and Wynton Marsalis were guests on the album. it is an excellent album with great songs as well as an great performance by Paul on the album and he produced it with Kyle Cushman. It has gone to number 28 in the UK and this is his first album since 2018 with In The Blue Light but his first with original song since 2016 with Stranger to Stranger. This is an must for Paul Simon fans which I give it 4 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.

This is the biography of the legendary Australian Aboriginal Rock N Reggae Band and in this book talks about their formation in 1979, playing around Adelaide, doing the film Wrong Side of the Road in 1981, recorded for Rough Diamond Records, touring overseas, doing Countdown, split up in 1984 but have reformed an number of times since then, encounters with Bob Hawke, Lobby Loyde and David Briggs of Little River Band and working with Cold Chisel, Midnight Oil, Ian Dury, The Clash, Men At Work and Peter Tosh and many others. It is FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT stories as well as very impressive and very entertaining stories which it is well worh an read. This is the new album by legendary Australian singer Jimmy Barnes and is backed up by an band of legendary musicians including Jools Holland, Slim Jim Phantom (The stray Cats) and Chris Cheney (The Living End) doing rockabilly which among the songs on the album are covers of rock classics including Real Wild Child the Johnny O''Keefe song, Sweet Nothin's the Brenda Lee song, Thirteen Women(and Only One Man) the Bill Haley and His Comets 1954 song, Working For The Man the Roy Orbison song as well as 2 Don Walker songs and an song written by Chris Cheney. This is the new album by Australian singer Kate Ceberano and she recorded the album with Melbourne Symphony Orchestra which she re-recorded some of her classic hits including Brave and Pash as well as other songs she's written and it was produced by Noiseworks member Justin Stanley and Roscoe James Irwin who also did backing vocals and Justin doing flute on one track. It is an FANTASTIC album with FANTASTIC songs with great singing by Kate as well as great work by the Melbourne Symphony Orchestra. The album has entered the Australian top 10 at number 6 and Kate will be touring Australia throughout the year. This is the posthumous compilation duets album by Australian singer Olivia Newton John and on this album it has songs from 1979 up to 2022 which included the new version of Jolene with Dolly Parton which she had the hit with it in 1973 and Olivia in 1976 and the new version sounds great which 4BH radio station in Brisbane played it in February this year as well as an song with Her daughter Chloe and recordings she did with Cliff Richard, John Travolta, Vanessa Amorosi, Barry Gibb, Paul Anka, Richard Marx and an great live version of Hopelessly Devoted to You with Mariah Carey. It is FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with FANTASTIC songs and it's great listening to those songs as they hold up very well today. it's been 9 months since Olivia Newton John passed away but the great music she made lives on and it will never ever die as great music just gets better and endures. It has entered the Australian charts at number 29 and let's hope it goes up high to let's top 10-

Dragon @ Cleveland Sands Hotel

Last Friday May 5th I went to the Cleveland Sands Hotel to see the legendary rock band Dragon which it was my 6th time seeing them as I only saw them on Friday September 30th last year at the Bayside Music Hall and going to the Clevelands Sands Hotel for a show was my time as I had been there with Crossroads for lunch on Tuesday March 7th 2006 and dinner on Friday August 17th 2018 as I went to see British group Hermans Hermits at the Redlands Performance Arts Center. Caught the bus to Cleveland, went to the Cleveland Sands Hotel, went to the Bistro, had Chicken Parmigiana, chips and Salad for dinner and drank Coke With No sugar. Use Mobile, had another coke with no Sugar, went inside and Pete Drummond who is Dragon's drummer since 2006 perfom an few songs including Western Girls as well as some of his own sons. There was an interval where I bought an Dragon Countdown CD and had an Coke with Sugar to drink. Then after 9.30pm Dragon came out with original founding member Todd Hunt

This is from the Telegraph Brisbane May 1st 1975 and this is the 4IP chats with the number 1 spot was My Eyes Adored You by Frankie Valli which was his solo hit as he was with the Four Seasons at the time. At number 2 was Horror Movie by Skyhooks which had been an number 1 the week before and also they entered the charts with Ego Is Not A Dirty Word at number 32 and Olivia Newton John was in the top 40 twice that week with If You Love Me written by the late John Rostill from the Shadows at number 13 and entered at number 36 with Have You Never Been Mellow written and produced by John Farrar who was from the Strangers and the Shadows. New entries to the Brisbane charts that week was the Best of My Love by the Eagles at number 40 and at number 34 with Excuse Me by Allison McCallum. The Osmond family had 2 songs in the Brisbane Top 40 that week with Donny and Marie at number 5 with Morning Side Of The Mountain and the The Osmonds with Love Me For A Reason at numbe 15.

Today I went to the Dendy Cinema to see the comedy movie 80 For Brady. It's 2017 and 4 friends Betty (Sally Field), Lou(Lily Tomlin), Maura (Rita Moreno) and Trish (Jane Fonda) who are huge fans of the New England Patriots particuarly Tom Brady who is the quarterback and Lou has the idea of wanting to see the Super Bowl Final in Person along with the others which they enter an competition to get free tickets to the go to the final in Houston and they fly to Houston which they go to the NFL Experience they each experienced different adventures including Betty eating Chicken Wings and Trish meeting Dan (Harry Hamlin) who was an former NFL player and they are invited to an party which then gets interesting. It is FANTASTIC, Very Funny and very entertaining with great acting by Jane Fonda, Rita Moreno, Sally Field, Lily Tomlin, Harry Hamlin, Sara Gilbert, Tom Brady, Glynn Truman and Bob Balaban.
