Beauty In The Breakdown by Julie Roberts

This is the autobiography of American country singer Julie Roberts and in this book she talks about her upbringing with an abusive father who was an alcoholic, starting singing at age 6, got her first guitar, doing children pageants, started performing in nursing homes and festivals, worked as an receptionist at Mercury Records before signing up as an artist, having her first hit with Break Down Here in 2004, issues with the record company in 2010, losing most of her possessions in an flood in Nashville, her being diagnosed with MS, working with Shooter Jennings and her faith in God getting her through those tough times. It's an FANTATIC, Excellent and inspiring book with FANTASTIC and inspiring stories told by Julie which I was very impressed and an very enjoyable read indeed. Julie has just gotten married and is still performing and recording. It's an inspiring story and it is an must for country music fans. I give it 4 stars and it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed by this book and her stories reminding that we can overcome tough times and issues.
