Really Sayin Something by Sara and Keren

 This is the joint memoir  of Sara Dallin and Keren Woodward founding members of the legendary British girl group Bananarama and in this book they talk about their first meeting at age 4 in the school playground, both sang in school choir as well as doing school musicals  and the school orchestra, Keren learned piano, Sara studied journalism at the London School of Fashion while Keren worked at the BBC, lived at YWCA, moved to a rehearsal room which owned by 2 ex members of the Sex Pistols Steve Jones and Paul Cook, meeting Siobhan Fahey which would lead to the formation of Bananarama, having hits including Cruel Summer, It Ain't What You Do, Really Saying Something, Venus, Shy Boy, I Want You Back etc, encounters with Robert DeNiro, Michael Caine, Andy Warhol and Stefan Dennis, working with the Fun Boys, George Michael, Bob Gedolf, Stock Aitken and Waterman etc, their personal issues and many others. It's FANTASTIC, BRILLIANT and SUPERB with AWESOME , impressive and very entertaining stories talking about the time in the 80's with the music, fashion and the scene  and it is well worth reading. Sara and Keren are still together  as Bananarama  but are not performing due to covid and there is some shows happening in the UK next year. This is an must for Bananarama fans as well as 80's music fans and I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourselves an favour and BUY IT which you will be impressed and amazed.
