How Can You Mend A Broken Heart

On Saturday I went to the Dendy Cinema at Coorparoo to see the Bee Gees documentary  How Can You Mend A Broken Heart and it talks about  achieving their success in the 60's and 70's  with classics like  To Love Somebody, Massachusetts, How Can You Mend A Broken Heart, Jive Talkin, Nights On Broadway, How Deep Is Your Love and others, the influences on their music, the personalities between the brothers and it has interviews with the surviving Bee Gee Barry Gibb, archival interviews with Robin and Maurice, Vince Melouney, Eric Clapton, Noel Gallagher, Maurice's widow Yvonne, Robin's widow Dwania, Maurice's ex wife and singer Lulu, Justin Timberlake, Alan Kendall who played with the Bee Gees from 1971-2001, Blue Weaver  who played with them in the 70's and Dennis Byron who also played with them and many others. It's FANTASTIC and BRILLIANT with great stories which some never been heard before  and an enjoyable one indeed. It's directed by Frank Marshall and the only downside that is not an  mention about Brisbane or Australia even though Barry says briefly about living in Miami Florida reminds him of Australia. It's an must for Bee Gees fans and I give it 4 stars as it is in the cinemas now so do yourselves an favour and SEE IT which You will be amazed.
