Songs From the Big Chair is the second album by Legendary British rock group Tears For Fears which it was released on February 25th 1985 and it went to number 1 in the USA where it stayed for 5 weeks as well as number in Germany and Canada, number 2 in Holland, New Zealand and the UK which stayed in the top ten for 6 months as well in the top 40 over a year, number 5 in Switzerland, number 12 in France, number 17 in Norway, number 22 in Austria and number 25 in Sweden and from that album it had 4 hit singles-Mother's Talk, Shout, Everybody Wants To Rule The World and Head Over heels and it is out on CD which I am reviewing the double CD version as there is a 4 CD-2DVD set of the album as well. On the double CD that is out besides from the original tracks on the album it has b-sides, unreleased tracks as well as different versions of the songs and an interview with Curt Smith and Roland Orzabal. It is an AWESOME, BRILLIANT and an SUPERB CD with great songs which sounds so good and it holds up very well to this day as it's 30 years since it came out and also Paul Sinclair did the liner notes. the group are still working together with Curt and Roland as they are making an new album and this CD is a must for Tears FOr Fears fans as well as 80's music fans which I give it 5 stars as it's in the shops now so do yourself a favour and BUY IT.
